My name is Abeed Shahriar and I am currently a Junior at Rutgers University-New Brunswick majoring in Economics and Cognitive Science. One of my personal hobbies is going to the gym and being a fitness enthusiast.
While I am not a professional, I am constantly learning from my own personal trainer and other experienced professionals around me. I want to teach what I know to other people that do not know where to even begin. It gives them a reason to start and ultimately pushes them to create their own personalized plans for self-improvement. This is one of the many goals that I have in mind for this website
